When will my order ship?

Generally your order will take 1-2 business days to ship, and tracking information will be e-mailed to you once your order is shipped.

It says my order was delivered but it never arrived.

Sometimes the mail carrier system can improperly scan shipments, triggering it to notify you that your package was delivered. If you see this happen, please allow 1-2 days for your item be delivered by the carrier. If you still haven't received it, please Contact Us and we will happily assist you!

I need to update my billing and/or shipping information.

If your shipping and/or billing address needs to be updated, please Contact Us immediately. It may be an additional charge to reroute your order if it is already is in transit.
