Exchange, Damages & Missing Items:

Please make sure that when you item arrives for delivery that you inspect and check the packaging for the items before using. If there damages or missing items, please notify us and contact us immediately for remedy.

If you do not note damages or missing items within 7 days after an item is delivered, then your return/exchange claim will be refused. This is because you will be essentially voiding the insurance coverage on your item and will be accepting it in the condition it as received.

We cannot guarantee replacement of damages or missing items if it is not reported within the 7 day delivery window.

If you do have a valid claim, please contact us immediately and send photos to hello@shoprefinedbeauty.com so we can process a claim for your product.

Return Window & Cost:

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product, we carry a 14 day return policy. All returned items must be in their original packaging and contain all the parts that they came with.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, even if the item was shipped for free by us. If you would like to process a return, please contact us to initiate your return.
